Marielis Seyler – Bio

Born in Wels (Austria), Seyler studied Photography at the Academy of Graphic Arts in Vienna, Austria. She undertook extensive travels. She has lived in Tokyo (Japan) where she had her first exhibition of photographies, in Paris (France), in Cologne and in Munich (Germany), in Barcelona (Spain) working as an artist and photographer. She is now living and working near Vienna, Austria. International solo exhibitions include shows at Konrad Gans Gallery (Vienna/Austria), Göttlicher Gallery (Krems/Austria), Arte Bologna (Bologna/Italy), Vernon Gallery ( Prague/Czech Republic), SOHO20Chelsea Gallery (New York/USA), The National Gallery ( Prague/Czech Republic), Wolfgang Exner Gallery (Vienna/Austria), Apicella-B Gallery (Cologne/Germany), Gallery Man (Reykjavik/Iceland), The Museum Ludwig (Cologne/Germany), The Prague House of Photography (Prague/Austria), Gallery St. Charles de Rose (Paris/France), Kameke Gallery (Berlin-Potsdam/Germany).
