I made this series of 15 photographs when I became aware of Climate Change in about 2004, and realized my artwork had to change in response to this evolving disaster. I began to add marks and lines to my finished photographs of nature to indicate an unknown presence of some sort. I used etching ink, crayons, and other tools to make patterns over the original images. The meaning of the marks is ambiguous but suggests something has gone awry in the natural world.
